These terms are the agreement between you and The Purple Pigeon (Pty) Ltd ("the studio") for using the studio's app and website, booking classes and events, and buying packages and shop items. By ticking the box when you create an account, or when you book as a guest, you agree to them and to the Indemnity, and they work together with the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation and refund policy.

Yoga, pilates and reformer are physical exercise and carry a risk of injury. By booking you confirm that you are fit to take part, or that you have your doctor's approval.

Items can be collected at reception, or delivered. Delivery is currently R95, and free for orders of R750 or more. Stock is limited and an item may sell out before you check out. Returns, exchanges and faulty goods: see the Cancellation and refund policy.

8. Our responsibility

What the studio is and is not responsible for if you are injured taking part is in the Indemnity. For everything else, the studio is not responsible for indirect loss (for example lost income), and its responsibility for any one claim is limited to what you paid for the class, package or item concerned, except where the harm was caused by our gross negligence or deliberate wrongdoing. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
